School Advisory Council
We invite you to meet other parents, discuss education matters specific to SHS and LDSB, and collaborate on school matters. School Council will meet a minimum of four times per year and typically meets monthly in the SHS library.
The first meeting and council election will be on Sept. 14th at 7 PM. If you hope to attend regularly, please consider running for an official council seat. To be an official council member (voting member), you would put your name forward before or at the first meeting by completing this form.
Please take a few minutes to let us know your level of interest in council (due September 11) or education topics that interest you. Please note: fundraising has not been a focus of our work, and parents are welcome anytime.
