Please check all admission requirements carefully to ensure that you have all the required courses.
Ontario Colleges – Application opens early October.

IMPORTANT: All colleges and universities have different admission requirements for their programs. It is extremely important to research every program to ensure that you meet the admission requirements.

Ontario College & University Applications
Ontario College Application
The Ontario College Application is scheduled to open early October. The Ontario college application is completely online through the Ontario College Application Service (OCAS) -application link. You create your own username and password for this application. To complete your application, you will require your Ontario Education Number (OEN) and student number. These can be found on your report card or a school transcript. If you need help, please see either myself or Aymee in Student Services.
The application costs $150 and you can apply to 5 programs (with no more than 3 programs being at the same college). Your application will not be processed until the application fee is paid.
Important Note: When applying please use an email address that you use regularly as all information will be sent this email (do not use your limestone email).
The equal consideration deadline for college programs is February 1st, 2026, so it is extremely important that your application is completed and paid for by this date. Some programs are competitive and will fill up by February 1st, so it is recommended that you complete your application by Friday, December 19th, 2025.
Your high school marks are uploaded to OCAS by the school. If you are applying to a college outside of Ontario, please let me know as a transcript must be sent directly to the out-of-province college.

Out-of-Province Applications
The Ontario University Application Centre (OUAC) will transmit academic data to some out-of- province universities. You can authorize this collection by providing your 11-digit OUAC reference number on an out-of-province application form. An OUAC reference number will be given to you once you have completed an Ontario University application. The following universities use OUAC:
- Acadia University
- Bishop’s University
- Concordia University
- Dalhousie University
- St. Mary’s University
- Simon Fraser University
- University of British Columbia
- University of Victoria
Students interested in applying to an out-of-province university that does not use OUAC, or an out-of-province college should see me in Student Services as a transcript will need to be sent directly to the university/college.
NOTE: You must apply separately to universities/colleges outside of Ontario. There is a separate cost for each application (these costs vary from school to school).
If you would like assistance with your application or have any questions, please book an appointment with me.
