Dear Graduates and Family,
We hope that you are doing well!
We have your diploma package ready for pick-up (and some other things that you might have ordered: yearbook, Composite of Graduating Class, etc.). You can drop by Sydenham High School on Friday, October 9, 2020 between the hours 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. If this day does not work for you, please get in touch with Ms. Fraser ([email protected] or 613-376-3612, ext. 309) and we can schedule another time.
Here are the details for pick-up:
-Please park in the staff parking lot (across from the front of the school) and walk across the street. We have reserved a couple of parking spots in the front row. Please do not pull up to the front of the school.
-Please wait outside. We will greet you and bring you your diploma package and anything else that we have for you.
-We will be following the protocols as outlined by KFL&A Public Health.
-Everyone will be required to sign a receipt of pick-up.
-Only the graduate or parent/guardian can pick up the diploma package, please be prepared to show identification as the recipient of the legal document.
